What We Do

There are instances when Reconnaissance takes over the portfolio management of a company, whether it is the entire IP portfolio or a part thereof (where a little extra help is needed). We conduct an audit of every element of the portfolio to ensure that everything is in order. This helps us close any gaps that might exist and redress any inactions. 

A strategic analysis report is provided to improve the health and substance of the portfolio including a list of activities (mandatory, recommended and optional) to strengthen prosecution, enforcement and commercialization of IP.

Ongoing monitoring and assessment of the portfolio are handled by Reconnaissance so our clients can rest assured that their IP portfolio is in the best possible order.

What We Do

What We Do

Reconnaissance provides review services for IP processes and policies already established and executed by companies on an ongoing basis. The scope of such reviewing includes processes for logging innovations, identification and prioritization of protectable IP matter. It also involves prosecution steps in India and other countries for all kinds of IP, docketing systems, as well as for handling confidential information and trade secrets. 

Innovation and reward schemes for employees, process for technology transfer and commercialization including assignments, licensing and franchising, and metrics such as scorecards and benchmarking procedures are also a part of this review. A detailed list of recommendations is provided to the client with alterations/ suggestions to improve the overall process and policy infrastructure. If requested, Reconnaissance also assists in the implementation of the revisions. This streamlines the IP administration for our clients making it more effective by saving their time, effort and money.
